If you are looking for the throttle linkage part for an older Generac generator model, the 0A6951 Ball Joint or 0E13260SRV Carb Link Rod Service Assembly (which includes the rod and nuts) might be the part number you are looking for. This part consists of a nylon snap on ball joint socket with a 5.8mm ball joint with a #10-32 male thread (close to an M5 thread) on it and it is priced over $30 for this single part.
After careful research, this part is not easy to find. The right black nylon socket, with a number 2, 4, 5 or 6 written on it, is the weakest point in the link and it’s probably all that you need, but have to spend a fortune to purchase this part.
I searched for alternatives but I could barely find a substitute for this part. The best found was from a pedal steel guitar parts store (for a Sho-bud Pro model from the 1970s): https://www.psgparts.com/Ball-Joint-Plastic-Snap-On-BJP-090-SNAP.htm for $8.18.
Since only the black nylon part is the one that needs to be replaced, I am still looking for the manufacturer and supplier of this number nylon socket part and I assume the price should be around $2-4 at most.
