If you use an Echo Show device outside of the US, you may experience issues with Drop-in or video call functions on the Echo Show device.
It seems the software update in the Echo Show settings doesn’t really seem to work and the software is outdated.
To get around this, the only option seems to be resetting the Echo Show to factory default. This way, the software is forced to update since a lot of things won’t work on factory settings.
You’ll have to reconfigure your Echo Show Wifi and Amazon account information to set up everything back up.
